I am pretty excited to be setting up shop at this years Mile High Horror Film Fest. Myself, Daniel Crosier, Robert Elrod and Karl Christian Krumpholz will all be there over the weekend of Oct. 7-9, selling horror goods, doing some sketches and most likely scaring children. So if you are in the neighborhood and want to see some awesome indy horror and get some awesome horror art, stop on by and say hello.
I have had this scene in my head for a long time now and I am so happy to finally present it. When I was first coming up with the story this is one of the scenes that kept coming back to me. I knew for sure that I wanted to show them on a feris wheel at dusk and I am very happy with how this came out. That and the smooch. This might be one of the last peaceful moments for a while…
I am in the middle of trying to put together the first collection of TLZ pages. I am pretty excited about printing a book and I wanted to share the results with you. This is the back cover:
I spent a lot of time trying to come up with a design that I can use on every book that represents the story and design of TZL. For example future volumes will have this same layout but different characters and colors.
Finally these two are going to have some time to themselves. I am betting that is going to upset a couple people.
I have decided that I am going to start releasing TLZ in 40 to 50 page collections. I am hoping to have the first volume ready for sale by the beginning of October. If anybody is interested in this please let me know, leave a comment here or on the Facebook page. Now commitment yet, just looking to get an idea of how many to print.
Here is that Sheriff again. He really doesn’t like Guy or his friends. It seems now he is happy just being obtuse but later he plays a much larger and amusing role.
