I don’t really know much about cars or racing but I always wondered how come the flag waving girl in all these movies never managed to get hit.  I mean if the cars are started off at that fast a pace aren’t they a little hard to control?  Seems to me they are taking there lives in their hands!  Crazy teens!  Anywho, the race has begun!
